Return & Refund Policy

At Outdoor Nation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories (such as lens caps for optics, carrying cases for tents, or manuals) are intact and included.

• Optics and Night Vision: Due to their sensitive nature, binoculars, telescopes, and night vision devices must have no scratches on the lenses or housing and must not have been field-tested.

• You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or field wear and tear.

Return Process

1. Initiate: Contact our support team at sales.karamtraders@gmail.com or call us at 9354253230 / 8800788632 within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and the reason for return.

2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address (Shop No. C-52, Ground Floor, Jitar Nagar, Delhi 110051) or arrange for a reverse pickup if available in your pin code.

3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refunds

• If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

• Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
